I picked up 3 warts from a mani/pedi at my favorite nail salon! So gross! I have one on my toe and two on my fingers. I’m doing the ACV treatment an yes it stings like crazy! But then we know its killing these suckers so I keep going. The ones on my fingers are progressing faster than the one on my toe but I’ll keep at it.

Keep in mind when you go to these nail salons you are taking a big risk of getting infectious diseases. I think that was my last visit ever.

You might want to go see a doctor. This doesn’t sound normal and if it is getting worse since you started using acv, it is probably time to call it quits on that and seek professional help.

Hello. I am treating 2 warts that are located close to my fingernails. I am usinc acv. I’ve been doing this for 6 days now. And the warts are getting bigger and bigger and only the top layer turned black. Is that a bad thing? I am afraid that they might just get bigger and not die. will they keep growing or will they die eventualy? it hurts so bad .

I tried Zerowarts because I wasn’t brave enough to see a doctor. What a relief! I thought it was going to sting a lot because the apple cider vinegar did but it didn’t. I have a pain tolerance like that of a toddler. After two days the warts because black and fell off in the shower. I haven’t had a break out since.

Genital warts are really stubborn! Didn’t think I’d be able to get rid of them but Wartscide worked. I thought it would continue to make me miserable (referring to the warts, of course!) but I got rid of it and I feel great again.

Stacie, it sounds like maybe you should get it checked out by a doctor. If this continues, I wouldn’t wait to get it looked at.

I have a large wart on my the top of my right hand near the joints. I started using ACV yesterday, and left the cotton on all night with a bandaid covering. I work in a restaurant/cafe, and wash my hands a lot so I just leave a normal bandaid on during the day and then put the ACV cotton ball back on when I get home.

Yesterday the wart puffed up and turned white. No pain. Today it has turned gray and is throbbing and very sore to the point if i move my hand the wrong way, it makes me gasp. I know that it will be worth it in the end. It’s a large wart, and I am tired of the embarrassment. It will be worth it!

I’m guessing another week of ACV and this will be gone. I had tried tea tree oil and it was drying the wart out but wasn’t really working. So if tea tree isn’t working for you, I highly recommend the apple cider vinegar method. It might hurt some but it will be worth it. I am applying moisturizer on the skin around the wart to help protect it, and it doesn’t seem to be doing too bad. Good luck to you all and hope you’re wart free very soon!

I am currently going into my fourth day of ACV treatment for a wart that I have had on the outer side of my right great toe for the past year. The ACV treatment is EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY painful and right now it hurts so much just to bear any weight or walk on it, but it really does seem to be working so far! On the second day of using this method, my wart and the skin immediately around it had turned completely black, just like all of these web sites said it would. It’s so gross! I have never had these kind of results with any other treatment I have tried, and I’ve tried pretty much everything! I have repeatedly used salicylic acid, the Dr. Scholl’s Freeze Away kit, and even duct tape. None of those things worked at all. After just a few days of using cotton balls soaked in ACV secured to my wart with a band-aid, this thing is dying quickly and it looks like I will be falling off any day now (at least I hope). It looks completely disgusting right now since it’s all black, but I’ll take that as a good sign! Again, the pain that goes along with using ACV is absolutely excruciating and it even kept me awake last night, but I’m willing to grit my teeth and bear it since this really seems to be working. I just wish I had discovered this method a year ago when I first got my wart!

If this has been going on that long and it’s getting worse, I’d say it’s time to go see a doctor. There may be another problem that you don’t know about. Hope you get it taken care of soon though!
