Hi-
Try roasting your asparagus--it is delicious! Just toss with a generous glug of good olive oil (1-2 Tb) & kosher salt, lay in one layer in a roasting pan, pop it into a 400 degree oven. After 10 minutes or so, turn the spears, and keep roasting for another 10 or so. It is done when it is brown and yummy!
This is also a great way to prepare cauliflower (break into florets first) as well as brussels sprouts.
