I also enjoy the drink, however when I went for my check up my doctor told ~ dump it and they should be put in jail. This is the worse thing you can have, my potassium was so high I had to stop eating many things also that this is bad for my heart. Who do I believe? It is a naturally healthy alternative to canola oil and other hybrid oils. The only problem I have found is that it solidifies at room temperature.
