		<description>I&#039;ve started and stopped my own diet many times until I focused on something very similar to your suggestion in No. 3 - I stopped eating what I considered &quot;diet food&quot; and turned foods I liked into more nutritious, slimming meals.  Instead of trying to dress up or disguise foods I hated, I found better, healthier recipes for foods I enjoyed and it worked.  Although I still have a long way to go, I&#039;ve shed 14 pounds and hope to lose 30 more.  </description>
