		<description>I&#039;ve long been interested in body wraps&lt;/a&gt;. However, I have been skeptical as to how they work, and if you can really lose weight by using them.

Like most people, I am interested in detox and weight loss, and want a quick fix.  I am not a fan of getting wrapped by someone else, and prefer to do it myself
with an at home body wrap kit&lt;/a&gt;.  

An important aspect to know that when you decide to use a body wrap, it is important that you drink enough water to stay hydrated.  Most body 
wraps are herbal, and the detoxification&lt;/a&gt; process takes some of the water out of your system.  It is always recommended to speak with your doctor before beginning any detox process, including a body wrap.  It is also important to talk to other people who have used the body 

wrap for weight loss&lt;/a&gt; to make sure that you understand how the wrap works.

It is also important to remember that, although body wraps may give you a &quot;quick fix&quot; in terms of weight loss, in most cases, this weight loss is not 
permanent, and a healthy diet and exercise should accompany such a treatment.  

I am very pleased to say that I have had great results with my treatment and plan to use it again soon.  I would like to try some of the supplements that go 
along with the product to see if the results are even greater.  However, I loved the way I looked and felt after trying an herbal body wrap and I highly recommend it to anyone.</description>

		<description>Exercise is definitely important to us if you really want to keep your body fit and healthy.  You don&#039;t need to engage yourself into any strenuous exercise.  As for me I like to get on with my routine morning walk.  Walk at your own pace, relax and don&#039;t stress yourself.  Having a group of buddies walking together will be fun too.  It gives you a desire to not quit and make it a daily habitual habit.</description>

The best thing I&#039;ve found for myself is to do something useful (I&#039;m very short term goal oriented) that is also exercise. Like install a raised bed garden. Help the neighbor cut down some trees. Volunteer at the local public farm. Then I&#039;m exercising, having fun, and usually outdoors.</description>
