Great job on your post.

As people watch shows like The Biggest Loser, and are focused on fad diets, they could just listen to the simple advice you are giving.

People have forgotten how to eat properly, and choose their food wisely.

I recall a student presenting a case for why it is so difficult for so many to eat healthy today. I believe his argument was that low-fat and non-fat foods were so expensive, how could we possibly afford it? Ridiculous.

I recently wrote a post on a study that was done about depression and the link to processed food. Take a look if you like. http://bit.ly/bQD7lT

I would love to know the exact socioeconomic breakdown, as well as geographic breakdown, of organic food purchases. I have my pre-conceived ideas, but after watching Food Inc. you almost cannot blame a family that is having trouble getting by for buying fast food that will feel a family of 5 for $11.00.

Anyways, keep up the great work.
