Arthritis pain can be extremely painful especially in the winter months when the air is cold and humid. The cold seems to go right to the bones causing a deep ache. Suffering from arthritic pain everyday will get anyone looking for relief. Personally I don’t like taking medications for my arthritis. I would rather use something natural to take away the pain. The Epsom salt will relax the body, while drawing out the pain of arthritis. Try rubbing your painful bones and joints with hot vinegar. This seems to help if done every day. Omega 3 fatty acids help with arthritis pain. Arthritis is an inflammatory condition and omega 3 fatty acids in a supplement like fish oil will help relieve the inflammation if taken daily. Have your partner give you a nice warming olive oil body rub. This is not only soothing, but will surprisingly relieve your arthritic pain.

 

One of my favorite natural cures for arthritis is taking a swim in the ocean. The salt water in the ocean is so beneficial and works as a natural pain reliever. Dandelion can help aid in arthritis relief, by increasing urination. Increased urination will flush excess fluids out of the body. A build up of fluids in the body can cause swelling, which in turn will cause more arthritic pain.

 

Drinking a cup of hot ginger tea can be beneficial for those suffering from arthritis. The tea will help reduce inflammation and reduce the pain of arthritis. Taking an herbal supplement containing Feverfew or Alfalfa can help; you manage the symptoms of arthritis.

 

Certain foods and exercise can naturally cure arthritis. Some food to consider eating if you have arthritis are grapefruit, butternut squash, pumpkin, and apricots. These foods are rich in Beta-Cryptoxanthin which is good for your bones and cartridge. Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables that are rich in this vitamin will help keep your arthritis at bay.

 

Exercise can naturally help cure your arthritis. Taking a simple walk daily can help stiff and painful bones. Walking is a very low impact exercise with many benefits. Another exercise that you can perform is swimming in a pool. Swimming in a pool takes the pressure off the body and gets your body moving, which will control arthritic pain.

 

Losing excessive weight can be a natural cure for arthritis. Losing just ten pounds can help greatly in arthritic pain relief. Losing weight will keep the extra pressure off your bones and joints. Hopefully some of these natural cures for arthritis will help you become pain free.
