Differences?: I only eat two meals a day - breakfast and lunch. I find that my body does much better when I let it rest in between meals and when breakfast really is that: &quot;break&quot; &quot;fast&quot;. 

Also, I don&#039;t worry about my protein intake at all. When I&#039;m meal planning I make sure to have a varied diet full of lots of colors and textures, with mostly fresh food and it all works itself out.</description>
