Also, by decreasing the intake of fat and deep fried foods a person will lower the risk of clogged arteries. This will in effect increase blood circulation, creating a wholesome environment for those hair follicles to keep pushing out centimeters of protein rich strands.

Herbal intake, including the consumption of herbal teas, will help a person relax. This will not only lower your blood pressure and make you an overall healthier, happy person, but it will also increase blood circulation. Also, remember to relax in daily life. If you live a stressful life, perhaps a yoga class is just what your hair needs to take off the stress.

  1. I wish authors would actually read and edit their articles instead of relying on spell check. Too many typos get to be irritating after a while.
    I also do not like the recommendation to eat soy as a protein source. Despite all the hype promoting it, there are many, many things wrong with it. Do the research. Also, eat the egg yolks as well as the whites as nature intended. Very high in nutrients!
